Ingredients

  • 3/4 scoop Shake It Spring Vegetable Soup
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (low fat)
  • 25 mL water
  • Celery and cucumber sticks
Vegetable Dip

Method

  1. Mix Shake It Spring Vegetable Soup with a tablespoon of low fat cream cheese and 25 mL of water to make a tasty dip.
  2. Dip celery and cucumber sticks and eat as an occasional snack.
